With 40 years of executive and operations experience in the hospitality
industry, Restaurant Division Vice President Rusty Lambe brings a dynamic
leadership style and strong relationship skills to deliver operational excellence
to enhance brand growth. Mr. Lambe excels in delivering on strategic
objectives while ensuring that clients’ needs are matched with the best
possible solution.
Mr. Lambe has held multiple senior leadership positions at Dunkin’ and Dine
Brands’ Applebee’s. He supported the Dunkin’ brand working cross-
functionally to grow both franchised and company-owned restaurants with
accountability for all aspects of the business and brand standards. At Dine
Brands, he supported Applebee’s brand growth from regional oversight to a
senior director with a field-based team of franchisee support staff.
Prior to serving as Restaurant Division Vice President, Rusty was a senior
executive for our Lost Cajun brand, responsible for all aspects of assisting
franchisees across the system. His work included strategic market planning,
product implementation, new store opening assistance and optimizing unit
and enterprise-level profitability. He developed both long and short-term
team strategies to grow the business and develop successful team members
at all levels.
